STO = student tuition organization. STO allows you to choose how your state income tax is used. ESA and STO cannot be combined.

Arizona’s ESA program provides families with the financial means to choose private education by offering funds that can be used for tuition, educational therapies, and other learning resources. Additionally, various scholarships are available to further ease the financial burden, ensuring that more families can access quality education without financial strain.
Self Paid Tuition & Vita Scholarship
Vita creates affordable payment plans for families to cover the cost of the remaining tuition balance that ESA or STO is not covering. Once your main form of tuition funding is selected, families may schedule a time to speak with our tuition finance advisor to apply for scholarship funding that reduces the responsibility of out of pocket pay. We encourage all families to financially contribute to our vita scholarship fund by making monthly donations, or setting up automatic payments based on the scholarship award amount.
